Did you know that the Iroquois Steeplechase was named after the horse Iroquois that lived here? That's because Iroquois is a very special horse! He was the first horse to win the English Darby in 1881!

Ms. Jessi's Jollies

A little about your Fearless leader. Come back each week for a new favorite!

My Favorite Summer Activity: Going to the beach! When I was growing up I lived at the beach and loved going there every day during the summer. Although I don't live at the beach anymore, I still love going outside and spending time by any body of water!

Ms. Jessi has been working at Belle Meade Plantation for over two years! She loves history, and even has a degree in history from Virginia Tech. In fact, she loves history so much she is back in school at MTSU working on her Master's degree!
