Tea Time. Scouts will have fun learning
etiquette and party manners while
enjoying tea on the back porch of
the mansion. Program includes a tour
of the mansion. This fulfills some,
but not all the requirements for the
Mannerly Me patch. $15.00 per Scout
Preservation. Scouts will meet with
the Belle Meade Collections Curator
and learn about protecting and
preserving. Scouts will get a behind
the scenes look at museums
as they fulfill requirements toward
the Preserving Our Past patch.

Life on a Plantation: Scouts will tour
the Belle Meade Mansion. Learn
about the science of lighting. Make
a tin punch candle holder. Participate
in a scavenger hunt of the property.
Scouts will earn a Belle Meade Mansion
add on patch. $7.00 per scout
Life on the Frontier: Scouts will tour
the Harding Cabin, discovering what
life was like on the frontier.
Learn the history behind "sleep tight.
don't let the bed bugs bite" and
make a bed bug bag. Scouts will
participate in frontier games.
Each Scout will earn a Belle Meade
Cabin add on patch. $7.00 per Scout

about and play frontier games
including the game of marbles.
Program includes a tour of the
cabin and a set of marbles
for each scout to take home.
This fulfills the Marble belt loop
requirements. $10.00 per Scout
Scavenger Hunt. Scouts will
explore the property of Belle Meade
and learn about the out buildings
on the property using a map
as they fulfill requirements
toward their Orienteering patch.
