Option 2 – London Broil with Peppercorn Sauce

Loosen your belt for this one!  Start with London Broil Steak smothered in Peppercorn Sauce.  Add Garlic Smashed Jacket Potatoes, Fresh Mixed Steamer Vegetables, Homemade Yeast and Whole Wheat Rolls, Butter, and Tea.  Yum!  The final flourish to your meal is Old Fashioned Carrot Cake.

Option 3 - Tennessee Chicken

Take 6 oz. of Grilled Chicken Breast and smother it with Smoky Cheddar Cheese and Applewood Bacon.  Add Southern Corn Pudding, Steamed Fresh Asparagus Spears, Baking Powder Biscuits, Butter and Tea.  Your meal is complete with Buttermilk Chess Pie and Whipped Topping.
